【Abstract】

I will aim to an to provide an overview of the process of publishing review articles at Nature Reviews Chemistry while answering several important questions: What makes a good review article? Who should write it and who will be reading it? What do they hope to gain from doing so. I’ll discuss how to pitch a review idea to the editorial office and provide some tips on review writing (and writing in general). I’ll discuss what it means to peer review a review article and how this differs from peer reviewing a primary research article. Finally I’ll discuss some of the non-review content we publish and how we go about commissioning it.
